  • Analyzing work experience,training,and wages

  • Ordering a medical examination from a certified doctor to assess the extent of the injuries and condition

  • Recommending the employee for a functional capacity evaluation

Upon forwarding the claim,the employer’s insurance company will accept or deny the claim within 14 days of receipt of the claim. Where the claim is accepted,the employee will begin to receive his or her benefits,including disability benefits. In the unfortunate event that the insurance company denies the claim,the employer may appeal the decision for consideration.
